ELU Project in the EC-TEL Conference

iDTV is a promising platform for education, as it can reach a large number of people and provide the user with computing and communication interactivity.

However, a number of key issues have not been faced yet in a variety of fields, such as pedagogy, digital signal processing, and Human-Computer Interaction.

Starting from pedagogical principles based on the constructionism theory, the ELU IST project presents a t-learning framework where learners are involved in educational games through iDTV and they play a role in the actual construction of the latter as well.
